I would like to use Wavosaur with Speedrum is this possible

Maybe he means a shortcut to open the sample in an external audio editor, like we can find in some DAW?

Yes in the settings menu, in Poise, there was an option to open samples in a 3rd party editor for trim slicing etc.
on the other hand It would better to have an option to trim samples in speedrum

Yes, internal resampling (applying settings as a new WAV file) would be amazing!
