I’m really asking what you think is the most versatile guitar. I have a strat, a tele, and a Chapman Baritone. I enjoy fast lead playing, dirty rhythm, jazz, and most things in between. I want a fast guitar with him buckets but I also want to be able to use it for more than just solos that will sound better than on the other guitars - what am I missing here?

Lol him buckets. Oops.
No money issues. I had considered an SG and one of the multiscale Schecter. I do want a tremolo as I don’t have tremolo on any of my other guitars.

Get an SG with one of their Vibrola whammy bars, or whatever they called it. I tend not to use them, and my Strat is hard-tailed.
Best all arounder is a tough and nebulous question.
My experience, from when I only owned 1 electric, would be something with humbuckers. Beyond that I can't be of much assistance. There are LP's out there with Bigsbys. Although I personally have never played a really good LP, that would be my advise, if money is no object.

Hamer used to make some really good guitars. I had a chance to get one cheap, but the guy was down on his luck and I'm not the kind to take advantage of that.
Only one neck, though.

OK, so I'm just a dumb bassist who is very much a hack at guitar, but when the question of most diverse guitar comes up, the good ol' Strat is the first thing that comes to my mind. I know guitarists (and bassists) all have our pet favorites, but on a grand scale, the Strat seems (to me) to be the most ubiquitously represented guitar model across virtually every style of guitar-based music.
