Which software for private online lessons??

Because I got meanwhile a few requests I would like to setup private online lessons for music production (primarily Windows PC) ...

Sadly I don´t have any clue how to set this up...

The mean requirement would be:

- Video or at least Audio chat (live)
- two way (at least one way) remote control

As I don´t want to force any student to spend money on such software (as I think both have to have this app installed) a free solution would be prefered...
I was thinking about the free version of Microsoft Teams... but perhaps there are better solutions??
