Virtual Strumming Guitar that has Sus and Dim Chords

looking for Virtual Strumming Guitar Instrument or Library that has Sus and Dim Chords,
and strums can be played manually with keyboard keys.

Currently have Real Guitar V5, but I'm looking for better sound.

UPDATES:

Indiginus StrumMaker IV Acoustic Guitar: "Selecting" Chords instead of "playing" chords normaly, won't work for me.

NI Strummed Acoustic: Good sound but cant play your own patterns.

Ample Sound: Good sound but alittle confusing keyswitching and programming.

StrumMaker IV from Indiginus is one of my favorites. You can edit the strum to make it sound any way you wish, whereas NI's Strummed Acoustic (played via Kontakt) is limited to the patterns they have. That said, Strummed Acoustic (and SA II) has a richer sound - and it plays whatever chords you choose on the keyboard, so it also meets your requirement.

NI guitars all sound good but the patterns are very limited.
Strummed acoustic sounds pretty good but I don’t like that you have to play chords by playing root key and then the type of chord with another key, I’m used to playing chords “normally” , playing chords strum maker’s way will slow down my production process and inspiration

Not exactly what you are looking for right now, but the next update to Plugin Boutique's Scaler is apparently a big update to their strumming side of things, so possibly would allow you to then use any guitar VSTi. I won't link to their forum as I don't know what KVR's policy is about linking to other forums, but they seem to be keen to hear suggestions at the moment while they are developing it.

Best virtual acoustic guitar I tried is the Acoustic Samples Sunbird. Unfortunately it's not a Kontakt library, it runs on UVI engine. I sold it cause I used the UVI engine and PACE system for that library only; if I had to buy one again I'd go with Orange Tree Samples Songwriter.

unpopular opinion: learning strumming and some nice chords is accessible to most people, and will pay off a lot.
I mean, it's the second most accessible skill, after learning basic piano chords

Phrase libraries will always have limitations (obviously, due to finite nature of people),
but I'd use orchestral libraries cause violin/viola/cello/you name it is not accessible to most people, while the guitar is.

I've never used RealGuitar, so I'm not exactly sure how the Evolution Guitar Engine translates to it.

So, regarding the Evolution Guitar Engine... you still have to hold down the actual chords (or even just single notes) to be played by the strummer. The strummer just determines how those held chords (or notes) are automatically played back. But the "Chords" tab feature, might be what you're really looking for. "Chords" mode plays back using a combination of held chords, and a couple of real-time strum keys. So really, you have different options for chord playing with this engine.

CHORDS:

Disabled:
With the chord mode disabled, the strum downstroke and upstroke keys are still available, but
as keys to repeat the last played note or chord. This can be a useful performance aid when
playing repeated notes (like tremolo or repeating powerchords), by alternating between playing
notes in the main playing range and playing the downstroke/upstroke keys.

Held notes only:
In this chord mode, the main playing range is muted, allowing you to hold a note or chord and
use the strum downstroke and upstroke keys to strum the exact notes you have held. This
mode is great if you want to strum very specific chords and chords that have fewer notes in
them.
