I've been trying this for the last week or so and this room sounds a touch nicer to me. I'm liking the sound (I seem to be preferring it to Waves Ocean Way), however, switching presets and headphones on/off creates rather large volume spikes, which makes it hard to A/B them.

Is there a more detailed explanation of what the 'depth' and 'perfection' controls are doing than the one in the manual? j

"5. Perfection: This controls the amount of the original speaker response as originally sampled (on the left /-) versus the linearized speaker emulation (on the right/+)."

I don't understand what's meant by the linearised speaker emulation.

The depth setting sounds fairly self-explanatory in the manual: "8. Depth %: This controls the amount of correction applied (customized by Acustica). It recreates inside your headphones the same feel you’d expect when listening on studio monitors."
But I find it a little unintuitive that it seems to boost higher frequencies in the mid channel (stuff like snares and high hats) rather than the high end in general... maybe that's just something to do with the source material I'm listening to.

The clicks could be due to a slow HDD or RAM because, unlike "algo" plugins, our products load actual samples of the rooms & speakers, you can try using a bigger buffer size to see if the performance improves.
About the controls:
The perfection slider: full left means less/no frequency correction, this is useful on small devices like radios or rooms like the clubs. Full right means more correction is applied to the sound (more accurate).
Sienna's DEPTH curve, which is a filter to give the feeling of an average binaural curve, creates a different curve for the traditional left-right signal and for the crossfeed signal.
