Click on "config" in the lower right display... there you can change the size of the user interface to small (and small with/without keys).

We have discussed it a lot in the dsp forum.EvilDragon wrote: Tue Aug 24, 2021 9:01 amIt's not really a bad architecture. It's just that in VST2 nor VST3 fixed buffer sizes are enforced exactly nowhere, the host is not under obligation to send regular sized buffers at all, nor is it prescribed by the plugin standard as mandatory. But this was probably already discussed in the DSP subforum.Markus Krause wrote: Tue Aug 24, 2021 8:26 amWorkaround for the badly designed architecture of FL Studio.
Please note that all of our plugins can handle variable buffer sizes.
Fact is that FL Studio behaves differently that all other hosts and has trouble with plugins also from many other companies. No matter if the VST specificaltion allows it or not: The behaviour of FL Studio is inefficient (block sizes of down to 1 sample can appear!). This messes up the CPU cache and causes CPU spikes. As a result crackles can appear. We (U-he also with DIVA, Repro etc) had to indroduce a special 'base latency' to fix it. To avoid additional latency in other hosts where it is not necessary the base latency is only applied when the Plugin detects FL Studio.

I would like to buy Saurus3 and hope this time it'll be compatible with Komplete Kontrol.

This is intended. It should speed up the workflow when you switch through the unison modesVortifex wrote: Tue Aug 24, 2021 10:55 am Enabling unison always resets the stereo spread to 100%. I would prefer it to remember where I set the panning (per patch, not globally). Just a minor annoyance but I thought I'd mention it.

All our plugins (except the VST3 version of Warlock?) are compatible with itRoman Wisniak wrote: Tue Aug 24, 2021 11:30 am I would like to buy Saurus3 and hope this time it'll be compatible with Komplete Kontrol.

well...i dunno..here it is. It is in the specs. So it should work if implemented correctly. You say a lot of other plugins have the same issue, but i use A LOT of plugins and FL Studio and most plugins just work properly these days. Only a handful need fixed buffer size settings enabled.
It has been a lot worse with FL Studio in the past, sure. But these days most plugins just work.

No. Unlike what Steinberg advertises VST3 offers no advantages for synthesizers at all. Even the opposite is true: No proper Midi support

Ok, VST2 is fine.
As a Saurus2 user... when Saurus 3 is officially released, can the Saurus.t2k be used or will a new licence file be needed?

There is a chunkier rawness to the sound of Saurus 2 that i prefer.. it has a more bold " in your face" sound that i actually find more pleasing. There is a refined sound sound to saurus 3 hich is more rounded and "polite" it does sound nice but i still prefer the raw sound of saurus 2.6
