I'm totally digging Asteroid - certainly one of the best UVI Falcon add-ons I've purchased. Sadly it appears there is no way to change the number of steps in the sequencer from 128? So no odd-meter stuff? Am I missing something?
Thanks!
Mike

The GUI looks a bit old, but in my opinion it's the best tool for editing loops and it's also free:Lucastyle wrote: Tue Aug 17, 2021 10:08 pm Can anyone recommend me where can I edit loop points of samples to use them in falcon? the Loop point editor suck in falcon compared to the one in Kontakt, any help appreciated.

I’m a sucker for decent packs and Emulation II+ is fun, especially the one finger takes on Heart of Glass etc. I try to resist stuff I know will end up in a Vintage Vault upgrade later, but guess I’m exactly the mug punter they’re aiming at.

History has shown that we apply discount to the VV upgrade price depending on the number of new product that user has bought which weren't in the bundle at the timeWatchTheGuitar wrote: Wed Aug 25, 2021 9:41 pm I’m a sucker for decent packs and Emulation II+ is fun, especially the one finger takes on Heart of Glass etc. I try to resist stuff I know will end up in a Vintage Vault upgrade later, but guess I’m exactly the mug punter they’re aiming at.

Hey I've tried the app and its perfect, thanks.
By the way I'm currently trying to edit various drum samples by any chance do you happen to know an app that deletes the silence before and after the sample?

You can do it directly in Falcon. Select the area you want to be delete, right click on the sample and select cut. For precise selection, you can zoom in (ctrl + mousewheel up / down, but mouse have to be point on sample view) or resize sample view by drag down the sample view on bottom side (this is a bit unconfortable because it conflicts with modulation or mapping editor view, depends on what you have displayed).
If you want app for that which do it automatically, try Wavosaur it is free. (Quick tip: after open a sample, Tools -> Silence remover -> Custom (you should play for desired result) hope it helps you.

I'm searching for an app that can do it automatically cause my current method is using Izotope Rx and do in it manually but the are an awful lot of samples to go trough and its really tedious do in it this way, unless some Rx guru can show me how could I batch process this automatically.Oberheim 8000 wrote: Fri Aug 27, 2021 2:21 pm You can do it directly in Falcon. The wavosaur seems to be Windows only and I'm on a Mac, thanks non the less seems like it would fit the bill.

Emulation II+ is the most fun pack I've had from UVI since Darklight IIx - Just instant lovely playful sounds and workflowWatchTheGuitar wrote: Wed Aug 25, 2021 9:41 pm I’m a sucker for decent packs and Emulation II+ is fun, especially the one finger takes on Heart of Glass etc. I try to resist stuff I know will end up in a Vintage Vault upgrade later, but guess I’m exactly the mug punter they’re aiming at.
