I'm searching for an app that can automatically delete silence from samples automatically.

Or maybe there is a way to do this in isotope Rx? can some Rx Guru show me how to do this.

Any help appreciated

Yep, me too - I made a batch process on Audacity.
It’s a bit fiddly to get the settings perfectly, so it doesn’t crop anything from the attack, and Audacity’s macro function is a bit fiddly too, but it works.

While I was at it I added a few things to the same macro - I also normalize, and do a very short fade at the tail end, to avoid any clicking at the end of the sample.

Be aware though that Audacity will strip any loop points and root key assignments in your files. So it’s really only useful for non-instrument stuff.
