Hey Mods, any chance of clearing out all the New Loops plugs in the "related products" section? The topic is clearly not about preset packs.

Since the OP asked for a singular synth I'm gonna list like 25 different synths that i've used at least once in the past 3 years.

I don't remember what I said the first time I answered the topic question but it was probably the same then as it is now - JP6K And Union. Hexeract gets a fair bit of use, too, and I've bought a few things lately that I try to fit into things I'm working on - Concept 2, Invader 2, Saurus 2 (I'm starting to see pattern here) and GR-8. I even got around to paying for Olga, which we've managed to use twice in our latest song.
I can't believe I didn't respond to this straight away. Clearly, Jace, you don't get to tell me what to do.Jace-BeOS wrote: Sat Feb 08, 2020 11:28 pmSTOP QUOTING ME, BONES! I will NOT read anything from you!
For me it's all about the silences in between.chk071 wrote: Tue Jul 07, 2020 10:04 amFor me, it's not about being different or similar, it's about sound.

I still use hive the most because it's the quickest to program.
For more analog sound I tend to pick another u-he like repro or diva. All the TAL too. The Juno especially, even though with the synthwave spammers it sounds so cheesy now, I use it less and less.
I think it's good to have many options gravitating around bigger names. Sometimes I just pick the ableton operator and in a few minutes I can get really cool gritty stuff that sounds different to what I would imagine making.
So many options out there

Since the IK group buy, I'm having lots of fun with Syntronik. Delving deeper than I initially realised you could
I wonder what happens if I press this button...
