What other synths do people like for this sort of sound vibe, which I internally think of as "Com Truise-like". I think Super 8 can go there.
but its the melt options that set it apart , ( vhs effect ) baby audio make an effect you can buy which emulates this ,or echomelt from psychic modulation emulates it also
which is also being revamped ( look at the website again about echomelt)
you can also use an lfo to modulate the pitch on any synth slightly or if it has a drift option ,
but it doesnt get the same results for me , that old 80s sound or com truise poly sound this is perfect for this , and the delay on this unit is really nice sounding too ,
i really like this synth and it will be interesting to see where it goes , in my opinion there is not another synth like it ,
only baby audios vhs effect which isn't as good as echomelt for me
this geezer jack has the vhs thing down .
