Since EWQL has a sale I’m thinking if it’s worth getting it ? Or are there better library for brass ensembles ?
Main Computer Specs: MacBook M1 Max, 32GB, 4TB, Cubase 13.

I've heard Wagtunes do some excellent sounding brass, but can't off the top of my head remember which library it was...which is helpful..

First, check out Orchestral Tools Rotary if you already haven't.
SampleModeling and SWAM are the best, but not quick or easy to work with. If you're not willing or able to put in the time, for big band, mambo and Motown type ensembles there are other options.
Vir2 Mojo 2 might be the best non-modeling option. I've gotten a lot of use out of Impact's Straight Ahead Jazz Horns (and Straight Ahead's new solo instruments look great, but they're for exposed solos or smaller combo jazz). Orchestral Tools also have the bigger Glory Days, and you can buy individual instruments from that if you don't want the whole thing. So those are the ones I'd definitely look at closely.
Stuff I'd also look at, but maybe less closely: Broadway Big Band and ProjectSAM Swing and Swing More are older and come with a lot of non-horn stuff. Indiginus Blue Street Brass is an inexpensive set of instruments which don't do everything, but do their specific vibes very well. And finally, Infinity Brass and Chris Hein Horns are not dedicated to non-classical styles, but can also pull them off - Chris Hein stuff was all over hip-hop some years ago.
