What is everyone getting for the IK group buy?

I'm too a bit disappointed with Mixbox, but got it just in case

You know what I probably hate about Mixbox the most? The 500 series GUI. Yeah, Slate and McDSP and a few others have done that virtual lunchbox thing but when combined with the IK resizing functionality, the GUI's on Mixbox look soft and blurry with tiny little controls and text. Awful.

Now...open up the SampleTron 2 FX rack or the Hammond B3X Post-FX...holy crap how much better do these same FX look in a rack format instead of the stupid lunchbox format? They should've made MixRack IMO. Would go a long way towards improving the usability. Also, when you buy a Softube product, it unlocks that product in Modular, Amp Room, Console 1 (as applicable to what you own). They're not selling you the same effect over and over again. Mixbox should've been integrated into T-Racks with modules for each T-Racks processor that get unlocked when it finds a license for them.

I dunno...just really not feeling Mixbox. It's like they took their existing T-Racks processors and a few bits and bobs from elsewhere in the product line and made them worse (no presets for each module, tiny, blurry GUI's, no added functionality, in many cases, stripped down).

There are presets for each module. I'm not on the correct machine to check, but IIRC you just click on one of the lower left widgets and the preset box for the whole chain becomes a collection of preset boxes, one for each module. Hopefully I've understood your comment correctly.

Thanks for that. I was able to find them. There's a module icon on the bottom left you have to click, and that alternates between global presets and module presets. I would not have gotten that on my own.

Thanks for the clarification Funkybot.. I’ve avoided their products until now but I’ll do some research and listening tests today.

Picked up Amplitube 5; had 4 Max so everything upgraded nicely. Mix Buss, useful but would like more models in there. For "free" appreciated - gui looks good to my eyes, Sampletron really very nice and useful. B3 and T-Racks Leslie's outstanding.Sunset reverb is beautiful. I picked up the 4 tapes. impressive and useful. Wouldn't have paid for all 4 of these separately but for "free" sure. Space Delay... useful but I don't love it. I have the UAD-2 Roland and the Arturia emulations as well. Already owned Modo Bass, Drums which are must haves. Modo drums needs more cymbals but for a 1.x version it is amazing. Also have been using Arc since version 1.

Great value. Very pleased with this promotion.

Nothing for me. I always felt skeptical about IK based on others experience I’ve read. Nothing really stands out to me either with their products. Hope you find what you need/want though.

If you think about it.....group buy stuff cannot be transfered - BIG NO...
....in short....if you wait you'll get Total Studio 3 MAX for a little more ON SALE
- why - 'cos everyone else has it already
...and guess what....you'll have all the stuff MAXED anyway - without too much mess in your account..
AND - if you change your mind - you'll sell it - for what you paid - IF you're clever..Thats IT.

Gonna be tough to sell in when everyone and their dog just filled up on IK stuff.

I'm pretty out of stuff I want at this point and have yet to redeem my last one or two. I mostly play bass these days and I got the more bass-specific stuff. Mixbox and T-Racks I could get I suppose but those bases are well covered by Arturia etc and I need more EQs like I need more holes in my head. Hm.
