Is there an app or something that you can use to test how good or bad your hearing is for frequencies ?

My phone has one that tests what frequencies I can hear or not, so it can adjust the EQ for music listening, its pretty cool, but I don't know how accurate it is, apparently im crap at hearing low frequencies.

But the EQ curve it generated actually made the music sound better to me.

Samsung S10E before anyone asks.

I'd like a more extensive test I can run through my headphones here tbh

The phone model matters less than what earbuds you use.

ftr your daw should have a tone generator...your studio headphones are likely as good as hearing test headphones, all you are missing is the painful dead room

Oh, this is the first case I heard about deafness for base frequecies. It's much much more likely a limitation somewhere else in the chain.
