OP Users - 12 Riffs Styles2004-11-24T20:41:37+00:00For Plucked String or other. Very Rockish, Country and Bluesy riff styles to incorporate into your music. Very Pitch Bend dependent, which did not transfer so well (IMO). As with the Strums - all Styles are in C at 120BPM. Feel free to transpose and try different tempos by all means.

Yeah, the Pitch Bends were a real pain. Yamaha follows a 'point plot' which are just impossible in Orion. Comes out looking like Mrs. Crabtree's hairpick. So I had to 'real time record' them into the patterns from my EX. Then do some slight 'ironing' on them. I found if I used Smooth et al, it takes alot away from them IMO? But then again, I'm used to hearing these on FDSP guitars with realtime convoluted playing action - then they do sound AMAZING then. But not too bad in Plucked Strings 'raw' either I found?
But yes, depending on tempo and flow of your song, I'm sure some 'extra ironing' can only help improve them. Enjoy!
