I have 2 stereo outputs set up for mixdown, one for drums, the other for synths. I'm trying to export them together to one stereo file but in the "Export Audio Mixdown" box, you choose "single" or "multiple". With single it doesn't let me check both outputs but rather one stereo output or the other and in "multiple", I can choose the two outputs but the mixdown comes out as two separate wave files. Is there a way to export two stereo buses down to one stereo file?

The simplest solution is to solo those two outputs and render the normal way. Just as knowledge base, know you could create a group, have that as the output for those channels rather than the master, and do the batch export of just the group's out.
