Thanks for pointing out the formatting glitch. All fixed.BoogerSnotOrchestra wrote: ↑Fri Sep 17, 2021 6:30 am Formatting on the effects is messed up, shows all the effects after Voxengo as being under Voxengo.
That sounds like nitpicking, and I suppose it is, but not because I don't appreciate this thread.

It's their only plug with this though, and I don't have it so I can't say for sure.

I just got a serious injection of nostalgia looking at all those DestroyFX interfaces. I used them so much back in the day. I still have tons of Renoise projects with them all over the place, frozen in time in a VMware 32-bit system image.wvshpr wrote: ↑Wed Sep 22, 2021 4:23 pm 20 year old freeware plugins: +1 – my shitty iLok plugins going up for sale soon: -0

With a year of almost total silence from PACE, what do we suppose is the holdup? Does the current iLok system require installing some kind of low level kernel extension they can no longer use? Are they having to completely rethink their protection scheme to work within Apple's stricter security policies?

I have a question in on Ableton's Centercode site asking about plugin bridging via Rosetta2. No info I could find on this so far.
So that just leaves Cubase and Pro Tools for the major DAWs.

Only the Gem plugin line is native. Their other products are not.

Massive X appears to be Silicon-proof finally. I'm pretty sure it was X which was excluded from NI's 'we think we sort of might possibly be okay to say you could theoretically use our plugins now if you use Rosetta' advice, but there's an update.
I've just tried on the Live 11 beta and it loaded... and plays sounds! Not exactly native but thought I'd mention it.

I must’ve fallen victim to the old “Apple silicon compatible” wording.

Live 11.1: Apple Silicon Support – Now in Public Beta: Unless I am missing something I don't think this version supports Rosetta bridging to non-native plugins. With that possible caveat it seems to be working fine with native plugins.
