So I had to delete the Realtek Audio Driver that came with my Windows 10 laptop as default as it was causing a loud static noise when no audio was being played. However, this seemed to reduce the quality slightly (I use FL Studio that comes with ASIO4ALL and FL Studio ASIO). What are the best combination of soundcards that will give me the best audio quality on my laptop?

Any modern 24 bit ASIO interface will give good audio quality ... how much do you want to spend?

Try to use another driver version or type...
Realtek has 2 different drivers types, HDA and the new UAD(Universal Audio Driver).
I do not like the UAD because they are dependent to Windows Store/METRO

I am current using an updated HDA version that also have AISO.
*Here*(ASUS motherboard with DTS) works very well.

I guess nowadays most people use UAD, can find some updated version at

or

And some modded drivers at

*Attention*, before messing with the drivers, make sure to create a restore point

Want a new audio interface?
For a laptop you may have 2 options TB(Thunderbolt) and USB.
For performance(low latency) RME is the choice without any doubt, but it has a price.
The RME USB(Babyface Pro) stuff has better performance than some
PCI/PCIe/Thunderbolt stuff from other manufacturers!!
