How? These are all built-in devices, not REs.

Radical Piano was an RE... Log into your account and look for them.

Use the RE manager to check what RE's you have and if you find them, remove them and re-download them.

If you have purchased the Rack Extension, you can download it again at any time from your user account at the Propellerhead web site and reinstall it if you want.

Thanks I know how to delete REs but Radical Piano isn't one - maybe it was when it first came out but it seems to be an internal device now, as are the 3 SoundIron devices.

Interesting bit in the video though about those devices - pity he doesn't say how he removed and reinstalled them

Well the upgrade price has changed as they said, good luck to them. I hope they don't go out of business. I will be uninstalling Reason and probably not reinstalling as it wasn't really working for me anyway. Too many bugs. Not removing it for any other reason than I have to upgrade my OS so I can play Diablo 2. Replacing the old version of Reason is just not on my agenda. I still have version 2.5 on an old macbook, that will suffice on occasion.

Reason my old friend, adieu...

Now only a few odd details like folder icons in the browser, M and S buttons and 'add device' are still blurry - you would think they were easy fixes

Yeah, that's another of their unfinished ideas. I wonder that the plan was for this additional content? So far they've only used it once for v10 and that's it... It brings so much confusion to new users! They should simply include those loop & drum "supplies" in Reason sound banks and make Radical Piano + those 3 romplers normal REs that you load like everything else

The new interfaces for those devices are so much nicer now apart from some of the ugly font choices that still look pixelated and out of place eg:

they did the same with Parsec and a few others too - why?!!

Then there are those out of place icons etc - things that could easily be swapped with hires assets

Just needs a bit more attention to detail really.

Come on, this doesn't look bad, there are many other things that need much more attention!

Just wondering if there is a refresh button for Reason for instances where the GUI elements disappear when loading plugins.

anyone has the same problems like me?
today i bought the update from 11 to 12.2 and downloades the 5g zipfile for Mac,
but i can't extract this file, i tried the 12.2 and the 12.2.1.. (direct download in the browser and torrent download.. and download on windows pc..)
but the files seems to be corrupted..

(the download and extraction of the windows version works without problems.. but i need reason on my mac.. OSX 10.14.6)

am i the only one with this corrupted zip file-problem on a mac?

Yeah you are probably right about the font - personally I think it looks ugly then but it probably is a design decision in this case (unlike the icons etc)
