History has shown that we apply discount to the VV upgrade price depending on the number of new product that user has bought which weren't in the bundle at the time ;)
Hi Oristan

Speaking of the new Emulation II+:
I was wondering about the DPX button and how that went about at UVI. Did they just load all of the same samples from an Emu II on to one those DPX-1 modules and then record the output? I listened to some of the presets and couldn't tell if there was much of a difference with that switched on or off. I did notice for the "Orchestra Chords 1" preset in Emulation II that it sounds toned down a bit (less high end) with DPX enabled, but for many of the others I couldn't really tell.

I also wondered which presets made use of the OMI libraries (?).

Yes, we did load all of the same samples from the Emu II on a DPX-1 and record those again.
So what you get is what it sounds like on the real machine.

Can't tell you this. Support will probably know better.

The GUI looks a bit old, but in my opinion it's the best tool for editing loops and it's also free:

Hey I've tried the app and its perfect, thanks.

By the way I'm currently trying to edit various drum samples by any chance do you happen to know an app that deletes the silence before and after the sample?

Are we any closer to allowing MIDI out?
Falcon sequencers and arps are getting beefier, but still just self contained.

Are you safe?

MIDI out is tricky, but to help with this, we have added a MIDI record module which allows to capture the output and DnD the resulting MIDI to your DAW

Load times are much quicker on Windows now. Standalone and VST. The new scaling option is great as well, thank you.
But I am a little bit disappointed that I still cant get the great sequences of the old Drumulation (Art of box, etc) into the DAW, and they aren't included in the (superb) new Emulation II+

You an probably get the sequence by putting the new MIDI record module behind the emulation 2 script and then record the output then DnD

I have put it behind the script with the visible seuquence lines for the individual drum sounds (like I did with the third party midi capturing thing some months back) but the recorded notes are all over the place (many octaves) and don't trigger the right sounds when playing back. But thanks.

Indeed, the sequencer output do not use the mapping used for the input but instead use the right midi note on the right layer id (if you check the way the preset is mapped) hence the mismatch.
