Vocalign Ultra vs Revoice Pro

Hello all,
is Revoice Pro worth extra $$ for doing 'simple' aligning of pitch and timing of multiple tracks ?
I don't plan to use any in-depth features.
is Vocalign Ultra's pitch and time aligning algorithm as good as Revoice Pro's ?

Unless you need to create multiple doubles or harmony, and all you want to do is impart the pitch and time of one source onto another, VAU is absolutely fine. Yes they use some of the same underlying technology so the sound quality is very good.
