Not sure if you found a solution to this or not, but another suggestion for you would be Audacity. It has pretty great batch capabilities for deleting silence at beginning, end and in between samples. I've used it in the past for mass editing sample packs that I created for myself just for this purpose. I found it to be better than both Wavelab and Sound Forge for that particular task.

Falcon is looking really good. Seems like a ton of options for sound design. I really do wish they had a demo to try. It's a lot of money to laydown without being able to try it.

I’m little bit afraid of what will come with Falcon 3.0 update… Looks like it will contain every imaginable synthesis engine and every type of midi interaction.

Also consider if you wanted to resell it you'd need to pay the iLok fee.

The new sequencers are awesome. What an amazing update!

I noticed a possible bug where midi learned parameters will not respond to controller values if any of the following scripts are loaded at program level:

Cartesian sequencer
Rain Sequencer
Warp Sequencer
Wave Sequencer

Reaper, Windows 10.

I will email UVI with a report shortly.

Existe una forma de probar el Falcon v2.5?

Pray for multicore.
Tangled roots perplex her ways.

Yes, Multicore optimization is most required function under many-core CPU trend.

And other big issues:

- Multi-Trigger-envelope or envelope follower for modulate layer/program level FX.

- More audio-rate-modulation. PM, Linear-FM, Expornential-FM, AM, RM between different
type oscirators. Also FM to filter-cutoff-freq is good to add.

- Good Wave Table Editor.

There are so many small improvable points I can imagine. Some of them are:

- Random modulator from different "seed". Currently all random modulator affect same
level.

- "Vector-based" mapper. Current mapper is step-based. Mapper like multi-segment
envelope will be more easy to control.

- Automatic Sample loop point detection. Especially for Stereo-image samples.

- ADSR with curve control (concave and convex).

- Easy paralell FX setting. Sure, I can setup with effect-rack, but it is far
difficult to use compare to Snap-Heap/Multipass.

- Recordable X-Y pad modulator.

- Integrate more effect, such as UVI-plate, UVI-relayer, UVI-shade .

And much more!

Also there are so many plugins which use new synthesis method, like Chromaphone,
Generate, Plasmonic, Abyss, WusicStation(Wave sequence)... So Falcon have many
possibilities to increase more types of oscirators.

UVI have wide varieties of improving point, I think. I love Falcon, and it is
my go-to-synth. I hope Falcon3 have some of above functionarities someday.

By the way, Thank you UVI for free update. Very appreciate fot your contignious
user support.

Not that sure it would bring the gains that people are projecting.

Not sure, whether this is possible already, I would love to see improvements in preset managment:

- Show only favorites, best would be a separate main tree node
- Six color tags (name it and set the color freely), and then filter by tags

Thanks for consideration.

P.S. Really nice presets coming with 2.5 :)

I'd like to see something re favourites also. Right now I'm resaving the favourites into folders like "Sampler strings", "Synth Strings" and so on.
