It's an utter failure. I can't even load in stems from FL to Bitwig. The tempos are all out of wack. The fact Bitwig cannot identify tempos from samples or even project files is what made me throw it in the sewer. It's worthless to me.

oh wow :/
is there any DAW which can open FLP files?iwas surprised reading Bitwig could do that!
never checked this in the past with other DAWs but this would be awesome if it would have been worked well... i understand if automations dont work etc but tempo problems etc is really not cool...

Set the tempo yourself, don’t use warping mode, set to raw, it should be the same.

Set the tempo myself for over minimum of 50+ tracks? No thank you.Passing Bye wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 8:49 pm Set the tempo yourself, don’t use warping mode, set to raw, it should be the same.

Did you send it bug reports to Bitwig?hoxclab wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 7:34 pm It's an utter failure. I can't even load in stems from FL to Bitwig. The tempos are all out of wack. No I sold Bitwig and left it like a rational person. I don't enjoy doing their beta testing but it seems a lot of people here do.pdxindy wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 9:39 pmDid you send it bug reports to Bitwig?hoxclab wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 7:34 pm It's an utter failure. It’s the same tempo, if you exported stems @115bpm, they all are that bpm too, set that global bpm in Bitwig too, it’s mixing the stems 101.hoxclab wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 9:15 pmSet the tempo myself for over minimum of 50+ tracks? "Rational person" doesn't buy a DAW only because it can open files from their previous DAW. Finish the tracks in FL and move on.hoxclab wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 9:40 pmNo I sold Bitwig and left it like a rational person. He's far from rational person, first he claimed Bitwig is a toy as he joined the forum to troll Bitwig threads, than suddenly was all over Bitwig&Linux Utopia and now he dislikes it again, all that in period of 2 months.

Hey man. I thought Bitwig had evolved and in truth, it has significantly. It is getting smoother and smoother each release. But certain things still are lacking to be using it full-time. I wish everyone the best who uses it and if it works for them great but I see far too many people selling it after Bitwig sales. Perhaps I'm not the only one, no?Passing Bye wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 10:07 pm He's far from rational person, first he claimed Bitwig is a toy as he joined the forum to troll Bitwig threads, than suddenly was all over Bitwig&Linux Utopia and now he dislikes it again, all that in period of 2 months.

Whatever works for you, it's flawed DAW like rest of them, far too many people here suffer from GAS and retail therapy, trying to buy new inspiration and toy, but get over it very quickly, thing is far from perfect and it was usable for me since V2, I doubt it will be usable for many, ever, sincerely, it doesn't target you essentially. I had that same thing with MuLab, lost cause.

People sell all DAWs* all the time, it's nothing particular to Bitwig.hoxclab wrote: Mon Oct 11, 2021 11:38 pm...I see far too many people selling it after Bitwig sales. Perhaps I'm not the only one, no?
* Well, except of FL and Logic that can't be sold
