I'm demoing Echoes, but am having the problem of audio dropping every 3 seconds (instead of every 60 seconds as mentioned earlier). I'm glad it is dropping rather than a burst of noise, but I can't even let the delay trail ring out. So far like it...but can't really get a sense of it with it cutting trails.

Hi,
yes, we had issues with a timer in all plugins and we are updating all of them to fix that. Echoes will also need a new rendering, to fit 4k displays.

Echoes T7E has been updated to v2.1
IMPORTANT: This version will require activating the plugin again. Today (Oct 12th, 2021) we are resetting all the activation slots.
Changes
– NEW: Updated Framework
– NEW: Universal 2 Binary for Apple Silicon Macs
– NEW: High resolution GUI
– NEW: Vector toolbar
– NEW: Corner Resizer (bottom right corner of the UI)
– FIX: Improved Licenser and Online Activation
– FIX: Mono channel configuration is available again
– FIX: Switch knob not showing delay values
– FIX: Extra Settings GUI section state is now saved and loaded from project sessions
– CHANGE: HQ is now global (per session)
– BREAKING CHANGE: Improved Swell Mode. Now all the heads are recirculating in the feedback loop
– BREAKING CHANGE: Improved licenser requires a new activation
You can download the update from your User Area account.

unfortunately there seems to be something fundamentally wrong with the AU version
system: mojave, logic 10.5.1 (also HostingAU)
either input or output has way to hot levels - up to over 21db
driving a security limiter into complete distortion
no problem with the VST version
(running in logic via DDMF metaplugin)
i had to downgrade the AU back to the older v2.1.0 which works as expected
p.s.:
downgrading only works if the AU plugin is deleted first
so: first delete the plugin than reinstall the older version
otherwise (withou prior deletion) the newer version will be kept...

I just updated Echoes T7E and Grainspace to the latest versions. Both were working before the upgrade. Now, when I try to open them in Live 11 I get the message "the plugin could not be opened". Is this a known issue with the new versions and is there a fix?
I tried using your support form (on your site) but whenever I try to submit I am told "the form could not be submitted". Whats going on?

I tried loading the new versions again and this time Echoes opened up and asked for the license file. When I pointed it to the license file (on my HDD) I got the message "the file could not be found". I then tried registering online from the plugin and ... it registered ok and both plugins are now working. Weird behaviour non-the-less.

Is the license file no longer working to register Echoes T7E?? And, can it ony be activated and registered via the online option??
