ODC is really good (yes, pitch shifting in granular). Also HY-Delay4 (Pitch and Frequency shifting effects, along with M-Tap Delay, plus a number of other effects, on top of the the base delay options with Grain delay having integrated shifting, etc.).

If you start including granulators like what’s in Other Desert Cities, you may as well add MGranular and Portal. Which you should anyway, though I’m not sure if they’re what the OP is looking for.

I'm looking for individual control per tap regarding pitch and filter, not just a sliding LFO.

afaik any granular has some sort of pitch shifting...
but a granualr isn't a tap

actually, from what i see - please correct me if i'm wrong,
the quite extensive and good tap of v3 has been cut and moved to the fx section
in a very reduced and boring incarnation...
...and definitely no pitch-shifting in the fx-tap

OP is searching for individual tap and individual pitch-shifting per tap
if i understand it correctly

which imho sounds like quite an interesting idea...

maybe fabfilter timeless3 ?

Maybe BlueCat Late replies can do that. Afaik it has distinct effects slots per tap. (where you can host your own VST effect)
