How does one do the Global Search Sir?

Just figured it out. You have to click on the Search Icon and it changes to global and a side panel on the right comes up...
Should it do the reverse though?
That is global being the default?

For a minute then I thought they had taken 99USD of Spire and I would be able to but it for 99USD!
Unfortunately Spire on its own is reduced form 189 USD to 149 USD, so not such a big saving (and lots of second hand licences around for less than that) With VAT Spire is still $180 USD in the sale.
