Hi, hopefully the KVR Collective will be able to help me here...
The other day I came across this electronic music band on YT. Apparently they are a big-ish act, but I had never heard of them. I made a mental note of checking them out later on, but then forgot their name. (The web history is gone too.)
Some things I remember about this act: first they were faceless, maybe 2 guys, maybe 1. According to what people were saying in their comment section, they are around since 2000-ish, some of their tunes were featured in movies and stuff.
What caught my interest about their music was that they were playing it straight. No irony, no glitching, no nostalgia -- can you imagine! They had a very slick sound overall, maybe a trance-esque vibe with a dash of Vangelis. I didn't pay much attention to the video, but what I saw was professionally done, with peaceful scenes from nature & stuff.
So yeah, who may these guys/ guy be?
(By the way, I tried to post this a couple weeks ago, but it was flagged as spam. Hopefully this new version of the post makes it through the gauntlet...)

No, the band I'm talking about had 2 orders of magnitude fewer YT subscribers than DP.
No, 3 orders of magnitude too few YT subscribers.
This band had kind of a Vangelis / Jarre influence. And they were sorta famous. Which was something that surprised me, not that I'm a Vangelis / Jarre obsessive, but I would have expected to at least have heard of them.
