Sample/Bank Manager Software?

I'm currently using Sonar 4 PE and Project 5 and Emulator X and CDXTRACT (to convert many of the different samples/banks and formats I have).

What I'm looking for is some software that will let me organize all this information (I was hoping CDXTRACT would do this but it's "database manager" is not really what I'm looking for). More often than not, I have favorite samples/banks that I use frequently and would like to organize accordingly. Sometimes it may just be a single Preset from within a Bank that I'd like to save off and or reference. So the product will need to be able to pull out Presets and merge them into my own Favorites bank (that could contain other different formats such as SoundFonts, etc. etc.).

Sonar 4 has a CWAF tool, but it is geared more towards cakewalk projects and wav files. I would like something that looks at my entire hard drive and then lets me organize the samples into my defined groups and even provide information and/or allow me to rate the samples, possibly show sample format and sample rate. I don't need a convert tools, just something that can organize everything that I have on my hard drivers.

Is this a pipe dream having a unified sample organizer?
