{aside} ... gluing two-pronged (two-bumps) Lego bricks to the top of the knobs (or anywhere-else), would provide a 'base' to stick lego characters to them... protracting the engagement. Obviously, different characters, would have an effect on the tunage. {2c}

Thinking of getting a Blackstar Dept 10 DD pedal...
Just got shipping notices on my Feedback Mix BX
And my ISLA S2400
Still nothing on the ADDAC 112 Looper/Granular... May cancel as I'm over it mostly, been 7 months
since pre-ordering it (pre-ordering 4 that was a mistake I guess, they are available on the net already). Might just swap it for the Euroburo which costs less actually, since I already paid.

Liking the effects coming from this Hungry Robot pedal
https://youtu.be/kjDv1w2BQjs
It’s like it turns ordinary sounds into something from a Sound Dust library

Well looks like some new MacBook Pros with M1 Pro and M1 Max options have dropped.
If I have no interest in video editing and have a PC for gaming and don’t need 64 GB RAM is there any special reason to go M1 Max other than boasting about benchmarks? Can the extra GPU cores be utilised by apps to leverage extra threads?
A while ago, when I bought my ipad, apple were offering interest free payments, via Barclays IIRC, anyone know if that was a one off or do they offer that fairly regularly, it’s showing at about 15% interest at the moment.

If you have to finance it bro you cannot afford it. But if you apply for the Apple Credit Card it’s 0% interest.WatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Tue Oct 19, 2021 1:11 am Well looks like some new MacBook Pros with M1 Pro and M1 Max options have dropped.

Edit: Take it back, was 100% unhelpful as Apple Card is US only

Cancelled the ADDAC 112, now I have a $700 credit, just need to figure out wth I want to buy with it... Sure I could get the Empress Euroburo, but that would be too easy.
I can also get 2 higher end pedals or something else pretty easily. Adding another $200 on top
of that is no problem either if needed... hmm *sigh

lol Behringer Edge is DFAM, how long before they also do a Subharmonicon?
https://youtu.be/mJ8t0L8FZrY
saw a site quoting a list price of $219. I kind of wanted a DFAM style synth so yeah, as a Newcastle supporter I shall put my blinkers on and order one ASAP.
Edit: just realised the name is probably a poke at Benn Jordan’s Edgelords video

Re interest free Macs in the uk, if anyone else was looking, it seems John Lewis will do 36 months interest free on Macs, they’re just not making it available yet as the new macbook pro isn’t officially out here until next week.

I hate to say it, but I’m gonna order one too as soon as I see a preorder open up.WatchTheGuitar wrote: ↑Thu Oct 21, 2021 3:58 pm lol Behringer Edge is DFAM, how long before they also do a Subharmonicon?

I had a hard time choosing between the Moog trio of Mother 32, Dfam and Subharmonicon before chasing the Make Noise trio. The one I wanted the most was Dfam. I didn’t want to buy it for fear of wanting all 3.
