Essentially it's a tool for modifying MIDI response curves and optionally redirecting them to other MIDI sources (e.g. using velocity to modify a CC value).

No, you were right. LoFi Flux Light is free. I just downloaded and installed it. Looks like its just the Warble part of the bigger Flux Machine.
