Seems its a few AI inspired plugins, I know FAST COMP was discussed briefly here, and VERB isn't on the site yet, but this guy reviewed it.

Thoughts ? Not sure where I stand on AI based plugins tbh, especially a verb.

Yeah i'll download them later, I like the pricing options from Focusrite, seems they understand how rent to own is a good thing.

Oh yea, that's rent to own. Didn't see that, thought this was a regular subscription.

The Focusrite things are pricey, therefore they should offer a real add-on value.

I think this is the first Focusrite Collective offering that wasn't a freebie but instead a discount.

I'm well set for FX plugins but I do appreciate the continuing added value of the Collective.

I don't think these are related to the Plugin and Sound Collective giveaways. For some reason they just decided to re-use the Collective name to apply to this new plugin suite.

Other than the fact that they seem to be powered by sonible's smart/AI tech (like the previous Balancer collab) I don't know much else about these.

I have these as well as the Sonible plugins. Smart:Comp roughly covers the same ground as Fast Comp and Fast Reveal. Fast EQ is kinda like Smart:EQ but they don't overlap as much. I use these, as well as the Sonible plugins, all the time.

The Focusrite plugins are geared towards getting good results quickly whereas the Sonible plugs are deeper and more complex. If you don't have any of these I'd say that Fast Reveal and Smart:EQ are the two must-haves.

It shows up in my Focusrite account under My Software. Like I said I don't remember there ever being a discount only addition to the Collective. Yes there were discounts that were added along with freebies.

I have it too, but the Sound and Plugin Collective offers are still there as they haven't been updated yet (next Thursday unless one or both of them slips again).

There was a Fabfilter discount once as a Plugin Collective offer. Can't remember if there were any other discount-only entries.

I don't remember the FabFilter discount but maybe that was before I purchased my Focusrite hardware or I just simply forgot about it.
