Yes, with basically x.1 worth of new features...

(perhaps that's why they don't even seem to have a page for it)

What's New in Mixbus?
v7 Features:

Dedicated Recording Window is optimized for the task of multitrack band recording
Provides a simplified recording timeline that keeps everything in view at once
Learn more about the Recorder page in the v7 manual

Mac and Windows installers are now Signed and Notarized: no more security prompts during installation!

Updated Mac builds use the latest Apple tools to support the new Waves v12 plugins (among other benefits)

Updated ASIO driver for Windows: improved cpu performance and better support for ASIO devices that use milliseconds to set the buffersize rather than samples

So, after all these years they remembered my email address again. I was sure I had unsubscribed.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

yeah seems a bit lacklustre...

I’m still on 5 so I guess I’ll give it a go...

Hi Danilo, let us know how it goes with v7, m on v5 as well, is worth the upgrade..

I have been upgrading up to v6, hoping they solve the performance problems. Apparently, they did something about it (ASIO driver optimized in Windows), but I concur that the improvements are too short for a whole number upgrade. They deserve, at best, a .1

Mixbus has seen very little improvements and support along the years. Development is painfully slow. Performance is sloppy in Windows (to say the least) .

And the upgrade policy is weird. I had Mixbus once. Crossgraded to Mixbus 32C. Yet I am receiving offers (annoyingly EVERY DAY) for crossgrade (again) and to upgrade Mixbus. I went to the site, and no option to upgrade my 32C version (???). And to download I have to "simulate" a purchase and get a trial version. All this is VERY lousy for a company that wants to offer a professional DAW.

Beside having 4 band EQ on every mixer strip, like a traditional physical console does, you can easily add any selection of controls from a plugin to your channel strip (previously I had to rely on Reaper for this feature). Also, (unlike v6) with v7 my Plugin Alliance plugins seem to be working fine thus far. The only gripe (with all DAWs, not that it is the DAW's fault) is the hit-or-miss resizeabilty of the plugin GUI inside the DAW. Note, on Win10 display settings (per monitor), choice of font size, and toggling anti-blur, makes a huge difference how the DAW GUI displays, whereas you might expect such tweaking to occur in the DAW preferences itself, it often does not.
