it seems so many people comment on fl I wondering how many own it....nothing else, not the support, not the updates, not it's pitfalls, not it's good features...I don't even care if you have it installed...all I want to know is do you own (not pirated) FL?

Tried the demo about 15 months ago, bought it within 2 days. Love it. I use Reason and Live, too, but FL is special to me. And I own every single piece of software I use.

yes, I own FL. I've had it a couple of years, but I rarely use it. didn't stop me from upgrading when the producer edition came out, or grabbing the new versions. I'd really love to love it like some of y'all do.

Post

I own it yeah! because I love it and IL ppl deserved the money.

For those ppl without money out there..I don't have it either, and if I had it, I can't spend it on internet due to problems buying in US$ from where Im from.

But you can do cool stuff for some community, for example, my Klanglabs plugins bought me the upgrade to FL producer edition and Slayer 2, because some ppl needed them on magazines or bundled on certain product.

Doing a good beta testing on the Video Player brought me a free copy. Beta testing is a good way you know, I own several stuff I can't live without by doing a good job testing.

Etc... just do something really useful for the community such as a website with tutorials of any kind, plugins..anything. At the end, if you did things right, you'll find friends and tools.

yeah I probably should spend more time on the FL forums helping people out...

Yes I own it but it's the Flstudio fruityloops edition. I won it a few years ago on a contest thingy and been having updates ever since (thank you so much Image-line!) I don't really use it to do tunes, just to do drumbeats mainly. (one of my favs)

It's a very good software and quite capable in some wicked hands.

I might update it to the producer's version eventually so I can access audio in the playlist, extended mixer stuff and the new automation clips which seems to integrate with everything.

me owns it, too

My main tool of the trade :)
I've been looking at other DAWs simply to try a different working environment but they've all had these little irritations that FL already had ironed out (mostly piano roll related, I can't live without one and I haven't been able to find another one I thought was as good as or better than FL's). So I'm thinking I'll be sticking with it until I either get an Apple or I have to use something else for some reason.

Another hearty YES here too.

Yes I own it. When I started making music a year and a half ago, I tried 3 demos: Reason, Orion, FL. I liked FL, and when I showed myself I was able to write songs, I bought the program. Don't regret it, even though in anear future I'd like to combine it with Cubase.

The money I spent on FL was the best money I've ever spent.
