Zoomable oscilloscope plugin with configurable measure bars?

I like to zoom out on oscilloscopes and verify my sounds are behaving. It just occurred too me, it would be really helpful if when I did that, I had vertical bars that showed bar length, 1/4 note, 1/2 note etc.

Yeah I can do this in my daw with samples and just looking, but lets say I'm using a sampler plugin, and want to see it live on playbook. It would save me some bouncing to see what's happening.
