This one's driving me nuts!

I'm looking for an arpeggiator that has a note slide function similar to that found on the roland tb303

I've been through a few arpeggiator vst plugins: xfer cthulu, audiomodern riffer and blueARP but none of them seem to have that function (unless I'm missing something).

Ideally I'd like to be able to apply the plugin to any vst synth.

I have the Roland cloud version of the TB303 but don't seem to be able to route it's output as midi to control any other synth. (this is in Cubase pro 11)

At a push, I'd consider also any fairly functional VST synth that has an apreggiator built in that can do note slide and has programmable step sequencer style arp.

Basically, I'm trying to get 303 style articulations but with other synths!

Any suggestions?

AudioRealism's ABL3 can route MIDI from its sequencer to other plugins.

Can run in several different modes; "ACID" features the familiar note/octave/accent/slide steps from the TB303. Plus parameter modulation, midi transpose and pattern sequencing.

Be aware that the concept of "slide" is not 100% an arp feature: on the arpeggiator's end it just means adjacent steps are connected. Besides that, the actual instrument needs to be set up so it takes the note slide into consideration - which is something monophonic legato patches usually do.

Bacara is MacOS only.
As a windows substitute:
SequencAir - https://www.fullbucket.de/music/sequencair.html
Seems similar, except for the gui, and are free for all OS'es.

it's not exactly arpeggiator, but I'm fond of the sound of Dotec-Audio DeeACID, and it has random sequence generator. Soundwise, I'm not sure how authentic the sound is to a real tb303, but it does sound very gnarly and pleasing to my ears at least. Probably has a bit of a "pre-mixed" tb303 sound (sort of baked), so it's very usable without needing much of further tweaking.

If you have Cthulhu you can just adjust the gate length to anything over 100% and if you're using a monophonic patch with legato slide you'll get a slide.
Don't F**K with Mr. Zero.

Make your own in pure/plug data , you can do so much more
Increase step advance , on the fly switching for accented -tied notes (use of lists ) ,
reverse etc..and best of all pure data event timing is rock solid .
I almost never use abl3 build in sequencer
Eyeball exchanging
Soul calibrating ..frequencies
