Synthmaster 2 Crashed and Corrupted my preset

I've been working on a patch the past few days and saving has been fine, until today when I was browsing my banks and Synthmaster 2 crashed. In the process of doing so it corrupted quite a few of my saved presets which I was able to verify with a hex editor. All of my hard work is gone and there's no way to get it back. Is there anything I can do to fix this or am I boned?

Did you save your presets and also did you save your hex editor project? Actually, if you have saved your presets, there can be no such issue. Can't you see the presets you saved under "My Preset" in your Sythmaster browser?

I did save my presets, the one i'm having problems with has a different header in the hex editor to other presets, there is no name for it. The preset i'm having problems with will not import at all under "My Presets" or even under the name i'm using to save them, my name or the preset name. It's becoming a bit of an issue, the same thing happened today. I worked on another patch for a few hours, it saved fine, I made tweaks to it, did a screen record for the contest because that's encouraged and went back into Synthmaster 2 to save my changes and another preset load instead and the preset I had been working on will not open at all.

The presets I sent you - one works on my copy of SM2, I marked that one as (working) in the file name. The other one will not open at all. I tap it and nothing happens. I even deleted and reinstalled to see if there was an issue with my ipad but there shouldn't be because it's a 2020 pro. The one marked not working won't even load into SM2 for me. I haven't had this issue with other softsynths ever, and i'm losing hours worth of work for the upcoming competition.

Sorry for the issue. Unfortunately I could not open both presets and I can not reproduce the issue. I will send these to presets to our developer today. And try to solve this issue as soon as possible.
