Studio One 5 not crossfading.

I was arranging some audio clips to have a nice sound background to work with
and I wanted to just dubblicate on of them.

I placed the dubblicate over the first on at its end and wanted to crossfade, because the transition was a little to obvious.

But it just does not crossfade and it does no auto crossfade.

Studio One 5 Artist I am using.
I don´t have a clue what I am doing wrong.

When clips are overlaping it's enought to select one of them (make sure to select clip event, not time!) and hit X which by deafult creates crossfade.
