Music registration with PRO's

Not sure if this is the right place. If not, let me know. Kick me in the right direction.
I register my songs with Songtrust. They submit my music worldwide to the PRO's, like ASCAP. But how do I figure out if this really happens. I have my doubts, because Songtrust is very slow with this. Many of my songs do not show up at ASCAP after many months. I know that because I am an ASCAP member.
Their support is not very good, to say it nice. After 4-5 weeks I get not very helpful answers.
So how do I know if my song X is registered with PRO Y in the country Z.

Blonde question: if you are an ASCAP member, why not do it yourself?
We are the KVR collective. Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.

Because of both your replies, it looks like you are not familiar with music registration and royalties. To avoid getting only unfriendly none-helping answers, I'll wait for someone who has the right info.

Yeah, better info is surely needed. Hope you get it. This topic is a blind spot for many.
Here they say just one PRO should suffice:

Here they say SongTrust is very dodgy:

It is very very complicated. I know the basics.
One PRO is for US only. ASCAP and BMI are doing the same things. But these two do not collect outside US. So to collect royalties from Spain, you have to sign up for a PRO in Spain. SongTrust does do this. But I want to verify. But no idea how.
This is music collection scheme (scroll down and you will see the full story (It will scare you) ):
