Sorry for being so damn daft but I haven't been into Soundcloud for years and thought about starting it again. With the holidays and black friday and all coming up - I don't want to end up buying a subscription that will be discounted in a few weeks.

You who are in the know - does Soundcloud ever have holiday sales, or are the prices "stable" during the year?

Don't remember any seasonal discounts. There were some promotions like "try firts month free", but that's all.

Unfortunately, Soundcloud is no longer a place for organic promotion. You won't get there any more fans that you already have.

yes, they do. but they can be a bit random in terms of timing and usually at the "premium" end of the scale. the last offer I can find was late august: 30% for unlimited, which might not be what you want in the first place.

I'd agree that the owners have mostly killed soundcloud as a vehicle for promotion, unless you like getting spammed by fake labels and "100 listeners for five bucks" offers.
