I am waiting for the sale primarily for a Timeless 2 -> Timeless 3 upgrade. I own licenses for that and Twin but nothing else.

I’ve got them all, but I too was just thinking about Twin. I’d be happy if it just did a bit more oversampling and made the UI bigger.

Hm, never was very fond of how Volcano sounds though we've used it, but The Drop on the other hand sounds freaking gorgeous..

Even with the largest size its still a pretty small GUI on 4K

The new GUI give an other dimension to this plugin , much more usable and sound very good !

Couldn't be happier with this update. Routing, drive, delay and mix are there and tweakable quickly which is what made volcano 2 for me but I don't have 4k problems (because I don't need a 30 inch plus monitor! but that's just me). New modulation is great. Still low latency, low cpu. Improved filters and filter types (new all pass!).

Now let me get back to making whacky presets before next week when I get my extra discount?! How can anyone grumble at this?

I own all except DS, Twin 2, Simplon, One, Micro.

My upgrade to Volcano 3 would get a personal offer of 45%, but they've added 20% on top already, so it's 65%.

Looked at the KVR news. Yeah, looks like there's a winter sale that starts around mid-December and a summer sale. I can wait a month and save a few bucks. Will allow me time to get out of the honeymoon phase and see if I really still want this. It being M1 compatible is the biggest reason to upgrade for me but I really don't use Volcano otherwise in my current workflow - will see how well I get on with the new features and sound.

Volcano is a great sounding and flexible filter, I think some people (me included) just don't click with the UI- something like UVI Shade offers a more traditional paradigm for modulation etc (and is fully scalable to any size for the 4K crowd

After testing Volcano 3 for a little, I also feel that UVI Shade is superior, aside from the parallel routing. I don't think Volcano is bad or anything and I love FF, just Shade is better imo.
