Edit: They helpfully replied after seeing this thread
Has anyone here gotten through to Zynaptiq support within the last few months?
I've emailed them about various things (sales inquiries, technical support, license questions) over the past month or so and never received a single reply. I went back to my old emails when I purchased their plugins and found they were all just automated license emails. I've never actually received a human-written email from them, have any of you?

They're probably too busy putting the finishing touches on Orange Vocoder 4 to reply.
But in all seriousness, I can't say I'm at all surprised to hear that the company behind that non-release debacle are not great at responding to customer inquiries either.

I've only contacted them a few times and they were pretty good. Last time was in May. Have you tried via Facebook and Twitter?

I got a response maybe four or five months ago about a problem with Ableton Live crashes. (Using VST2 instead of VST3 was the recommendation, which worked with future projects.)
Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

Yes I have - on the whole I have always found them to be friendly and responsive - just development time is slow and some products really need an update (especially Wormhole still needs a low latency mode)

Interesting. Maybe they’re slammed or they’re dealing with a spam problem. I dislike trying to ask for customer support in Facebook comments and on Twitter so maybe I’ll see if I can DM them somehow and ask when they expect to answer emails from a month ago.
Thanks everyone!
Thanks everyone!

Hey there! If you have no human-written replies at all, that seems to indicate some SPAM filter issue on your or your ISP’s end - Hotmail, free.fr for example like flagging stuff as SPAM. Maybe check if you have any white-listing options.

It wasn’t a spam issue. Dennis from Zynaptiq responded to my email a handful of days after I posted this thread, so thankfully they monitor other channels when things slip through the cracks.zynaptiq wrote: Fri Nov 19, 2021 11:23 am Hey there! Just to make sure the thread title doesn’t give a bad press, another happy Zynaptiq user here. I had a license issue once and they fixed my problem in a day
