Does Waldorf own patent/licensee for microwave waveforms ?

Does anybody know if there is any legal document on the net for the microwave waveforms ?
I'm interested if I can use them in a release.

maybe terratec owns them now
i know they had merged before
the liquidation...
someone definately owns them.
