i would like to know where to find good and profi crash Crescendo or how to program it and which plugin to use . i m a Logic pro user and i own Komplete 13 ultimate and output Arcade and many other plugins .

you mean a cymbal roll that crescendos?
if that's it, use samples that are real rolls that crescendo (and/or diminuendo), and a library with various timings, eg., 1.5 s., 2s, 4, 6, or longer.
I'd think with Ultimate there'd be an orchestral percussion 'unit' with proper articulations like that. Whatever it is, is not what I'd use tbf. But I'd hope you don't have to throw money at this, having already all that.
VSL Synchron Percussion Cymbals (there are 3, with different cymbals and gongs sets) is best bang for the buck IME.
