Heyo everyone, im having some issue where waves plugins will sometimes cause Fl Studio 20 to crash when being loaded onto projects, regardless of how much is going on in the project. Anyone have a similar issue?

What is the error? Does it actually crash (has to shut down) or does it error as plugin missing?
Each time Waves went up a new version, the shell file changed and things started to break. Opening old projects with Waves plugins is such a minefield, despite their reputation for maintaining OS compatibility for 20+ year old plugins. You will essentially have to install every individual major version since you started using them, if you want them to load in old projects.

Personally, I've never had any issues.

I keep all my waves stuff at the earliest version that it exists in. The updates adding new graphics and such made my system unhappy. I run V 10, 11, and 12.

I wish FL Studio was smart enough to do more than just "error - plugin not found", like give us options to help locate it.
There are some options in the Waves Center app that can help, by the way - plus you can request manual installers of previous versions.
