Does anyone know any good sample libraries for guitars like the ones in the examples?
These guitar sounds are often used in westcoast gangster rap from producers like FredWreck and Dr.Dre. I’m looking for slides and single note playing.

Love Fred Wreck.
First off it's hard to get this sound without real guitar playing but my favorite libraries to use in my own beats are DirectGuitar 3 by Pettinhouse and Evolution Strawberry and Rock Standard by Orange Tree Samples in combination with effects like Guitar Rig 6.

That's fairly twangy stuff in general, almost like surf guitar sometimes. Any Strat or Tele library that will let you use the bridge pickup alone and has decent auto-legato script can probably do a good job without too much effort. Add a low-gain amp (Shattered Glass Audio Ace or AXP Flextron will do that nicely for free) and reverb, should be all that's needed.
If you want to also do some classic funk or Nile Rodgers type strumming, the Orange Tree Strat library will probably do that best. Shreddage 3 Stratus is also a good option if you just want twang and not so much funk.

Take a look at the Orange Tree Evolution Texas Twang and Stratosphere. For a less expensive option, Indiginus Renegade Electric.

Pretty much any of the OTS Evolution guitars will work for you. I find that the Dracus and the Rock standard give me the most flexibility. Some of the libraries have sustain, semi mute, mostly mute, and full mute, and those give the best range of performance in my opinion.

Already had Rock Standard and Strawberry but just got Stratosphere and Texas Twang in the black friday 35% off sale and much to my surprise I had about 450 “orange slices” from my previous purchases so I got both libraries for only 116 euros. Insane good deal.

The kontakt factory library also has a nice "muted electric guitar" that works for lots of that early 2000s west coast rap sound.
It's been a long time but lots of that "Dre" style production was made with Guitar patches from the Yamaha Motif workstations and often had a nice little bit of phaser on top.
