i'm fully aware that i might sound ungrateful - which i'm not (i think
), but personally i'd have preferred something like output level controls or even predelay synced to note values over another algorithm.
It's of course still awesome support for something that came to life almost 10 years ago i think, so

This might be the best new algorithm in Vintage Verb! It's incredibly "clear" in a way supermassive can sometimes be too. I really like it on pretty much everything. The new algorithm name can be a bit misleading though as it can do wonderful short ambiences too! But it does indeed excel at long lush reverbs that seem to fit really nicely in a mix.
Here is a preset that I'm currently using on some synth key sounds.
<ValhallaVintageVerb pluginVersion="2.2.0" presetName="Easy to Mix Long bM" Mix="1.0" PreDelay="0.1650000065565109" Decay="0.4519999921321869" Size="0.5910000205039978" Attack="0.4399999976158142" BassMult="0.6179999709129333" BassXover="0.3639577925205231" HighShelf="0.3070000112056732" HighFreq="0.6240000128746033" EarlyDiffusion="0.101000003516674" LateDiffusion="0.6019999980926514" ModRate="0.07199999690055847" ModDepth="0.009999999776482582" HighCut="0.6320000290870667" LowCut="0.07000000029802322" ColorMode="1.0" ReverbMode="0.7916666865348816"/>
Here is another, this time a thin and sparse room ambience that is very easy to gently hide under any audio source to make it fit in a mix.
<ValhallaVintageVerb pluginVersion="2.2.0" presetName="Sparse Room Ambience bM" Mix="1.0" PreDelay="0.3339999914169312" Decay="0.2269999980926514" Size="0.04699999839067459" Attack="0.9010000228881836" BassMult="0.3190000057220459" BassXover="0.8479999899864197" HighShelf="0.0" HighFreq="0.4429999887943268" EarlyDiffusion="0.07500000298023224" LateDiffusion="0.5889999866485596" ModRate="0.8050000071525574" ModDepth="0.006000000052154064" HighCut="0.7319999933242798" LowCut="0.1909999996423721" ColorMode="1.0" ReverbMode="0.7916666865348816"/>
.. and finally a more modulated and vibey one:
<ValhallaVintageVerb pluginVersion="2.2.0" presetName="Lush Modulted Goodness bM" Mix="1.0" PreDelay="0.3540000021457672" Decay="0.6110000014305115" Size="0.2409999966621399" Attack="0.2199999988079071" BassMult="0.3190000057220459" BassXover="0.6660000085830688" HighShelf="0.4790000021457672" HighFreq="0.4429999887943268" EarlyDiffusion="0.2280000001192093" LateDiffusion="1.0" ModRate="0.04600000008940697" ModDepth="1.0" HighCut="0.7459999918937683" LowCut="0.06800000369548798" ColorMode="0.6666666865348816" ReverbMode="0.7916666865348816"/>

It feels great to be a Valhalla customer, you buy an awesome plugin and then it just keeps on getting more awesome and free of charge. I don't know how this business model works, but I sure do like it. Thanks!

I would really love to be able to step through the different algorithms with arrow buttons, like with the presets, instead of having to open the menu and selecting each entry separately.
Valhalla plugins have excellent usability in general, but as they all have so many algorithms now, I think extra buttons would make flipping through the, so much easier.

Either clickable arrows, or mousewheel scroll, as far as I'm concerned.
And I also wish the algorithm description was showing on the bottom of the GUI simply by hovering the mouse on the dropdown menu list.
Algos from Valhalla plugins are completely different from one another, and I still struggle when choosing unless I keep a written list of all their descriptions on sight, which is still not ideal.
The ideal solution for me would be having the description shown at mouseover.
