This have happen to me from time to time, and since it didn't work on your other machine I believe it's the webhost which have the images and style sheets resources (or the some directing server on the route to that host) that are/was down or overloaded . I assume you don't run any addblockers or scriptblockers addons or if you do you know how to disable them. Default settings in browsers rarely have anything blocked by default when it comes to big services like Digital River shop.
