Anyone here that have experience of their support? Mailed them a week ago and still no answer from them. The CLA nx have stopped showing up in Cubase and I have tried all their recommendations but nothing is working. It's a version 12. Is it, that I suspect, they won't help if you don't have upgraded to the latest version? I sincerely don't hope so but no answer after a week? That sucks.

Have you looked in the Cubase blacklist ?

And it's blacklisted ? And no option to reactivate ?

It was blacklisted but I reactivated.

Sounds like a Cubase problem not a Waves one.

No it happens, from time to time, you just reactivate and it works. I had the same issue with Battery from NI. Blacklisted at the start, but after reactivation, it is fine.

Woah I think I had exactly this issue with Battery 3 last week and I didn't know how to fix it. Gonna check the blacklist now!

Woah I think I had exactly this issue with Battery 3 last week and I didn't know how to fix it. Gonna check the blacklist now!

Yeah I dunno why Cubase blacklists them, but its just a click to reactivate and its OK. Always worth checking there first in the plugin manager.
