VST for Text to Speech Atari ST version (Or Amiga I can't remember)

Anyone know of a way to do this ? I had a program years ago, was for windows that did it, but i've since lost that.

That's the SAM voice engine which is perfectly recreated in SonicCharge's Permut8. The one in chipspeech is fine too, and you can adjust various parameters of the voice model.
