The thing is, that even when using the window maximized, when you choose to hide the menu bar, the same bug applies. No matter if fullscreen or maximized. Trust me, I've tried all combinations I could think of. Leaving the menu bar on for an app like Bitwig which does not use it isn't an option at all.
Like I already said: I'm an*l like that.

Because it's a really minor issue and maybe you'd just want to get on with making music, maybe. But yeah, I get it, "you're anal like that".
