Okay I know there is no Refill extractor, so this is not one of those topics

If you want to export at a better quality than Reason as a standalone, then use a rewire host to export loops.
Ableton Live 4 makes it really easy because its just a case of triggering clips.
You could try setting up the devices in Reason as you need them, then trigger these in Ableton Live using the clip follow feature... then just sit back and record the output. Of course you'll need to slice the audio into bits, but that should be really easy from within Live too because it'll all be in sync... so you can just use ctrl+E in the sequencer to split the audio and then loop those bits and render to a file.
